I wanted to let everyone know that my publisher has decided to release all of our books in Finding Ms. Wright as stand-alone books. My book will be called Dark Promise and will be the first book released in the Underworld Series. I’m very excited about this.
Based on the feedback I received from readers, I have added to Cassandra and introduced another character, Luke Kennedy, who was Cassandra’s previous boyfriend. Luke is a good-looking ski instructor and makes Cassandra and Eric’s life miserable. I also went into depth on Aiden Blackstone, the Frisco Police Officer. He intrigues me and I’d like for him to have his own book.
Currently, I’m working on Toby and Maya’s story. This book, Ravaged Soul, is scheduled to be release in May. Toby’s grandmother, despite being immortal, is dying. The Wraith says Gryffin Drake is back and has cast some dark magic on her. Only Toby and his soul mate, Maya Drake, can save the Queen. Can you believe Toby’s mate is his most hated enemy’s daughter? Just his luck.
Aiden is developed more in this story. I keep picturing Daniel Day Lewis when I write about him. Last of the Mohicans is one of my favorite romantic films. When Daniel Day-Lewis and Madeleine Stowe are in the cave and the waterfall is rushing down, I love that scene.
Madeleine Stowe urges. “I want you to go.”
Day-Lewis grabs Madeleine Stowe and shoulders. “Stay alive. If they don’t kill you, then they’ll take you north to Huron land. You spit. You stay strong. Do you hear? Stay alive. No matter what occurs. I will find you. No matter how long it takes. No matter how far. I will find you.”
Every time he says this, I get chills. What woman wouldn’t want to hear a man say this to her? So, stay tuned for Aiden Blackstone.
I hope you like it.
